Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings

Full payment is required on confirmation of any reservation. Reservations can be settled by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by debit / credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Reservations can currently be made up to 12 months in advance.

At least one person in room/apartment should be 18 yrs or over.


2. Rates

You may pay for meals at the same time as paying for your room/apartment.

Meals can also be booked on arrival or during your stay.

Rates are in Euro and include VAT at 7%

We reserve the right to review the prices from time to time should Government/Authorities adjust the tax/VAT rates. Any difference will need to be settled on arrival.


3. Cancellations Policy

Non Refundable Bookings and Offers

No cancellations, amendments or refunds can be made even if there are no shows.


4. Arrival and Departure

Reception is open 24 hours a day.

On arrival we require Euro 60 per person as a refundable deposit as caution money.

Rooms/Apartments are available from 2pm on the arrival date.

Your room/apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Failure to leave by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.


5. Special Request

We have rooms that can accommodate clients with special needs. For more information please contact reservations direct.

Although we will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability and these are in no way guaranteed. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.


6. Restaurant

Meals are available at the restaurant situated in St George’s Park.

Children aged 12 and under have a 50% discount on all meals, and children under 2 are free.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7.45am and 10am everyday.

Lunch is served between 12.30pm and 2pm everyday.

Supper is served between 6pm and 8.30pm everyday.


7. Group booking reservations

We consider a booking of six rooms or more as a group booking. If a group of individuals has booked separately for the same hotel e.g. weddings, parties, etc. We reserve the right to enforce Group terms and conditions to these bookings regardless of the booking channel used to book.

8. Security

All credit card and customer details are encrypted when entered in the booking engine.


9. General Information

We regret that no pets are allowed.

We operate a 100% no smoking policy in the rooms/apartments. Smoking in a room will result in a Euro100 fine.

Electrical appliances not supplied by the Resort may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group. Should you need to make any amendments to the names please contact reservations direct You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the Resort. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to us on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. Should the caution money paid on arrival not cover this expense full settlement will need to be made on demand.

In the event of wilful or negligent interruption to the business or other customers, we will charge the amount of any loss to the Customer and you will be asked to leave the premises. We will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.

We means the property for which the contract has been agreed and/or as appropriate Tourist Services Ltd whose registered office The Edwin England Sant Fournier Building St George’s Park St Julian’s.

The customer / you means the person or organizing body company and organiser responsible for the reservation.

The contract means the agreement between us and the customer for a specific booking or series of bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without further notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We do not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal communication, plant failures, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire alarm evacuation or any Act of God or force majeure.

The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses.
